Quality Control

Quality control of all executive processes in Roshd Sanat Niroo (RSN) Company is performed using the guidelines developed in accordance with international standards. The RSN utilizes an integrated quality management system (IMS) including ISO9001-ISO14001-ISO45001 certifications. Owning a state-of-the-art set of electrical and mechanical testing equipment, RSN Company is able to perform a variety of type tests and routine tests related to electric motors and generators in accordance with IEC and IEEE standards.

  • Non-destructive testing and welding inspection including VT inspection, PT penetrant test, MT magnetic particle test, UT ultrasonic test

  • Measurement of dimensional and geometric tolerances such as Runout, Concentricity, Cylindricity, etc.
  • Surface quality measurement
  • Measuring the thickness and adhesion of paint and coating
