How the cooling system works :

سیستم خنک کاری IC411

AC electric motors are manufactured and tested by Roshd Sanat Niroo Company (RSN) in accordance with international standards, including the IEC 60034 series of standards. A group of RSN products are made in accordance with the international standard IEC 60034-6 with IC411 cooling system.

In TEFC category of motors with IC411 cooling system, an external fan, which is installed on the shaft and opposite side of the electromotor coupling and so, rotate with the rotor rotation, vacuums the ambient air from one side and blows on the electromotor body in the axial direction. The blown air passes through the fins on the electric motor body, which will cause a temperature exchange between the outer surface of the electromotor body being in contact with the ambient air and the electromotor inner body being heated by the coil losses and core losses. In order to uniformly circulate the temperature inside the electromotor body, usually one or two internal fans installed on the electromotor shaft are used on both sides of the rotor core, which improves the heat distribution contour in the electromotor by increasing homogenous temperature inside the electromotor body. In order to increase the efficiency and significantly reduce the electric motor noise, various types of centrifugal fans are used in RSN Products with a special design by the company.

These types of electric motors (IC411) are the most widely used types of low-voltage, medium-voltage and even high-voltage three-phase electric motors that are commonly used in most industries.
